Allure Get started
The Allure mark: a heart drawn as two fish hooks meeting at the eyelet

Allure

Choose the date. Meet the man who planned it.

the date's the hook, you're the catch

Allure is a weekly dating app with one idea: a man plans a real first date — day, time, activity, roughly where — and you decide whether you'd go. Pick the plan first; meet him when you're ready. No swiping, no profiles to scroll, no endless chat.

Allure does one thing on purpose: a man plans a first date, and a woman chooses it. That focus is the product.

  • Portraits taken live — never uploaded
  • Public venues only
  • 18 or older

How it works

Four steps from a plan to the door.

  1. Pick the date

Browse real dates men have planned for this week: day, time, activity, roughly where. You decide on the plan first, before you ever see a face.

  2. See who planned it

When a date appeals, reveal the man offering it. One portrait, taken live in the moment and never uploaded, plus a first name, age, height, and city. That's the whole profile.

  3. Say you'd go

If you'd actually turn up, say so. He decides. No queue to scroll, no applicant count, no scores.

  4. Then you meet

Once it's mutual and you've both taken a fresh live photo, the exact public venue unlocks — and not a moment before, for either of you. A few set messages to coordinate, then you show up.

For men

You plan it. She chooses you by it.

On Allure, men make the first move by making a real plan. Post something worth showing up for — a day, a time, a public place — and women browse it. When one asks to join, you see her the same way she saw you, and you decide. One person at a time. No feed to work, no openers to write.

Why one direction

The plan is the whole gesture on Allure — no bios, no prompts, nothing to perform. Someone has to make it, and we built Allure around men making it and women choosing. We'd rather do one thing well than offer every option and mean none of them.

Deliberately different

What Allure does not have.

These absences are the product. No stack to get lost in and no score to be ranked by — you are someone he chose to meet, not an entry in a queue.

  • Swiping or profile stacks
  • Compatibility scores or ranking
  • Photo uploads or filters
  • Open chat before you've met
